My internet has been the BUTTS recently. Terrible. So I finally uploaded a ton of stuff from the Daily Texan offices. Here's some recent singles.

AT&T Center

That espresso machine cost $22,000 and is one of 100 in the world (it's number 48). The first went to the Pope.

The new conference center is priced far beyond the abilities of most student organizations to afford. Interesting how taxpayers are fronting over one. hundred. million. dollars. in bonds, yet AT&T shells out $21M and gets to name it.



This is the way business is done.

All that said, it's a very pretty building. It's a shame only the wealthy will enjoy it.

I've been really negligent in posting to this blog, only because I've been so constantly busy back here in Austin. It's wonderful. I am honorably weary.
